4.1. Donors understand that all donations made through the Givvio platform are voluntary and non-refundable.
4.2. Givvio may deduct processing fees from donations as outlined in our fee schedule.
5.1. Users must not engage in any illegal or unauthorized use of the Givvio platform.
5.2. Users must not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of Givvio.
6.1. Givvio retains all rights to the intellectual property associated with the platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software.
6.2. Users must not use any Givvio intellectual property without prior written consent.
7.1. Givvio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the platform.
8.1. Givvio reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent activities.
